2. Payments

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to your project agreement.

  • Late payments may delay delivery or incur fees.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content provided for your project.

  • We retain rights to design elements, code frameworks, and proprietary tools used in development.

  • You grant us limited rights to display completed projects in our portfolio.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely materials, approvals, and content.

  • Ensure you have rights to all materials you provide.

  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Websites Gorilla and Miboya Inc. are not liable for:

  • Losses due to downtime, data loss, or third-party hosting issues.

  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
